one of the first issues—some thought it may not be an important, while some thought is very important—was, how should we write the abbreviation of Hasti institute, officially and in casual notes.
Almost all believe that we can call the institute Hasti in casual context, while many believe the abbreviation could be written as Hasti too. Although man of these friends say HASTI is more official but writing is as Hasti should be popular. Some say the official abbreviation should be known as written stylized as Hasti.
While some believe it should be abbreviated as H-AST-I as it’s complete title, at least was, Hasti – Akademi Sains dan Teknologi – Indonesia, and it’s English translation was, Hasti – Academy of Science and Technology – Indonesia, and one of the key points in comming up to this name was Indonesian domain name registery policies, so it should had have at least 5 letters, so since hasti.id was the name chosen as the domain name, and the hasti was a final form of the abbreviation of the instiutue name so, it shoud abbreviated as HASTI, no mather what is the final name of the institute and how they may hyphenate and mark it and/or any punctuation use, it should be HASTI, because it was aimed to be hasti.id.
